Robert and his team of Toronto realtors specialize in luxury properties in Forest Hill, Lawrence Park, Lytton Park, and Leaside, as well as neighbourhoods along Avenue Road, Bayview Avenue, and York Mills Road. In 2015, the Greenberg Team was awarded the title of Number One Sales Team in Toronto by the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). In 2016, they sold 174 Toronto real estate listings with a market value of $352 million and an average selling price consistently above asking. Robert himself has been ranked among the top three TREB agents in a field of more than 48,000 Toronto real estate agents. Robert’s philosophy is simple: he likes to win, whether he’s selling your luxury property or helping you find your dream home. He does so with fairness and integrity by working longer and harder than others to exceed client expectations. "Houses don’t sell themselves," he says. In his free time, Robert loves to play hockey, ski and show his three children how to win at tennis. He’s been happily married to his wife Viviann for over 22 years.
